Milo Is Snowbound.

We got a bit of snow here in St. Louis today.

I know he's hard to see, but Milo really is in these pics!

Chewing Bones.

I got home today and Milo didn't even care about me, just his bones...

Taking A Break.

After working five 12+ hours days in a row I finally had a day off. So Milo and I took it easy with some studying, and of course a bit of Halo 3. I also picked up the new Lifehouse CD, great chill-out study music.

A Game Of Fetch At Kaili's.

Milo and I ran over to Kaili's for a bit last night and he found a tennis ball over there, so of course he brought it over to us for a game of fetch.

Look at that focus! He's ready to pounce as soon as she throws that ball.

Hiding The Ball.

What a big nose you have Milo...

Since Milo is to big to fit under the couch anymore, his new game is to shove his ball under there and whine until I get it out.

I didn't fold under Milo constant whining, so he gave up and went to sleep.

One Wet Dog.

Milo got a bath tonight, but he didn't want to dry off.

I wasn't going to touch him, look at that face!

Shreading Toys.

Milo brought me one of his X-Mas toys tonight to play some Tug-Of-War. That poor toy never stood a chance.

Crazy haired Milo had that thing split in two in no time!

Just look at that satisfied smurk on his face...

Caught Napping.

It looks like Niki caught Milo and I napping.

Why Milo decided to sleep on my face I have no idea...

Guard Dog.

Milo barks at anything that comes near the apartment, even though all he would do is lick you to death if you broke in...

A New Type Of Fetch.

After mastering the simple game of fetch Milo changed the rules up a bit, he added a second toy.

I need to post a video of him trying to get both toys in his mouth at the same time, he chases that ball around for ten minutes trying to get it.

Sorry about the delay in these last few posts, but I was under the weather this weekend with a condition called, vertigo. I couldn't walk let alone use a computer, but all the posts are up now I hope you enjoy them.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 7.

Good old Beggin' Strips, don't you remember those commercials from the 90's?

These actually took Milo longer than I thought to finish, well the first one did anyways...

OK, I'm really out of treats this time, so if you have any treats that you'd like me to feature let me know so I can put it up on the blog.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 6.

I've never been a big fan of dog treats that look (and smell) like some human food. They're dog treats it's not like your dog is going to know the difference, but I got them in the pack so let's move on. Purina T-Bonz is today treat, so let's see how Milo like 'em.

After careful observation he decided to eat it without chewing it... He doesn't even enjoy his treats!

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 5.

Just when I thought I was done with the Featured Treats posts, along comes this X-Mas variety pack at the store. It was marked down since Christmas is long past, so now it gives me four new treats to showcase.

Inside the box is a sample of four different treats, we've already covered the Busy Bones so let's move on.

The Purina Carvers, these are like a cross between a rawhide and a pigs ear. I'd still consider these more a treat than a bone since they really only take Milo a few minutes to eat.

Not the best picture in the world, but his attention is hard to get when he's got a treat.

A Lazy Rainy Day.

It looks like Milo is taking the day off and staying indoors today. I don't blame him, St. Louis is cold and wet this time of year.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 4.

Today's treat is Frosty Paws, it's like ice cream for dogs!

These are great treats to keep your dog entertained for while, unless of course they decided to chew it instead of lick it...

Well I think that does it for my Featured Treats section, but when I come across new treats I'll be sure to post about them.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 3.

Ah, the infamous rawhide stick rapped with dried meat... Milo gets really excited for these guys.

It's a shame they only take him a mere 30 seconds to eat. These treats don't have any fancy brand but you can get them at Target for a few bucks.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 2.

Next up in my Featured Treats is, Purina's Busy Bone.

Now these are quiet a big larger that the Dingo Bones and substantially harder too, so I wouldn't recommend these for a puppy that still only has his puppy teeth.

These bones take Milo around 30 minutes to finish (he doesn't take breaks either) so these are great for when Milo is driving us nuts and we need a bit of a break.

Milo's Favorite Treats: Part 1.

Over the next few days I'm gonna highlight some of Milo's favorite bones/treats for all you dog lovers out there. Now due to Milo's small stature some of these bones might be little more than just a crumb for some dogs, but most of these bones have multiple sizes from mini to large.

Today feature is the Dingo brand Mega Bone. Now I've talked about Milo's obsession with Dingo Bones before, but the Mega Bone are nice because he can't finish them in 30 seconds...

Now just a fair warning with Dingo or any other brand that has a coloring or flavoring in it: It is very likely that when your dog get to chewing and slobbering on this treat that the dye will bleed all over. So whether your pup is on carpet, bed, couch, clothes, whatever, just be careful. Luckily for us, Milo's not a big slobber bucket so we don't have this issue, but Dingo Bones were banned for life at my parents house due to some red stains on the new white carpet.

More Wedding Planning.

Milo's back helping Niki and Kaili with more wedding plans, at least this time he's awake...

Milo And Mark.

Mark stopped by today for a little R&R (Halo ;-) and you gotta know that if you come over you're going on the blog!
