Nero Is Camera Shy.

Milo wanted to go outside today to play with his buddy Nero (which he did, twice) but try as I might, I couldn't get Nero in any of these pictures.

Maybe part of the problem is that Nero is not a big fan of water and that's where Milo spent most of his time.

King of the Waterfall.

Showing Some Teeth.

I was giving Milo a little belly rub, and I don't know if it was the angle I was at or just an underbite perhaps, but he was showing me some teeth.

Fetch Time.

Milo loves to play fetch and since he was couped up all day in the house by himself , he was ready to play when I got home.

Saying Goodbye To Ginger.

Well it's been a fun five days but Ginger has to go home.

Her and Milo sure had a good time, playing almost 24 hours a day. If only they would sleep when I wanted to sleep.

And of course I've got to get in a picture of Milo for today, and as a bonus the shot includes Eddie!

Tug-O-War.

So no matter what toy the two of them have they have to fight over it.

It's almost like they're brother and sister.

Breakin' The Law.

So, since we have Ginger we wanted to do something fun, and I've been hearing about this dog park by my house for a while now. We also invited my friend Cari and her new puppy, Oliver along.

Oliver is a super cute Beagle that was a little shy at first, but soon got down to playing with everybody.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that we had to "break-in" to the dog park because for some reason it was closed. It is inside of a regular state park and all of the rest of the park was open but the dog park. So after driving 50 minutes to go to this park, I wasn't about to go home empty handed.

So we all jumped a little fence and had a good time with the dogs for an hour or so. Then comes the Park Ranger! Busted. So he kicked us out and even gave us tickets for trespassing! Well at least we had our fun, and now all the dogs have criminal records...

Here's Ginger after her bath upon returning from the muddy dog park.

Ginger: Queen Of The Couch.

Ginger took over the couch as soon as she got here. She is seen wondering how Milo dares to be on "her" couch in this photo.

Now that's better... Poor Milo. ;-)

They are quite the pair, Ginger has taken to just following Milo around where ever he goes.

Unless of course, she's napping.

Ginger Comes For A Vacation.

Meet Ginger.

Niki and I are dog sitting Ginger for the next 7 days. Ginger's parents were planning on getting her in a few weeks but plans changed and they had to get her a bit early. So while they're on vacation, of course we said that we would take care of her.

Her and Milo are getting along great and have already started to settle in. At 9 weeks old this is a good test to see how Milo is gonna act with a younger pup in the house.

Get ready for a ton of Ginger pictures this week.

Creek Walk.

It looks like our apartment complex turned the waterfall/creek/stream back on, and we all know how much Milo loves water.

See, he's licking he lips in anticipation.

Right into the water no matter how cold it is, I think I'll wait till it warms up.

Back In The Laundry Basket.

Milo sure finds odd places to hang out. He might just be getting too big for this laundry basket, he used to fit pretty well.

Photo Booth Fun.

Light Room

So using my new MacBook's built-in camera and Photo Booth (comes free with a Mac) I made some pretty funny pictures of Milo. This first effect is called Light Room.

Twirl

The next one is kinda creepy, Twist can produce some strange results.

Mirror

Mirror is a fun one, especially when you add more people, or dogs.

Thermal

While Thermal looked funky, I couldn't help but notice that it didn't pick up Milo And I's heat signature.

Normal

Here's Milo and I, just waiting for the fun to begin.

Black & White

I happen to love black and white photography and with Milo it's no exception.

Pop Art

"Pop Art" otherwise know as the Beatles Effect.

Healing.

It's been almost a year since Milo's Bad Day, and I have to say that he's looking good. I'd bet that if you didn't know that he had 5 stitches by his eye, you wouldn't even notice the scar.

To Many Balls Under The Couch.

Seriously. We found a new tennis ball today and brought it home, where does it end up? Under the couch to far for Milo to reach, why must he put them under there?

Back To Blogging: Milo The Model.

Milo and I went for a walk on this beautiful day. We stopped over at the creek that will soon be filled with water, so Milo could get some poses in.

He calls this one his "Lion Face".
